Pet Policy
We understand furry companions come in all shapes and sizes, which is why we do not have a pet weight limit. Our pet fees help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for your companions. A refundable $500 pet deposit for a 1st pet, $250 pet deposit for a 2nd pet. Pet rent is as follows: $40 monthly pet rent is required for 25 lbs per pet $50 monthly pet rent is required for each pet 26 lbs- 75 lbs per pet $60 monthly pet rent is required for each pet 75 lbs and up per pet Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.
